Yes she was part of a circus stunt - she had run away from home to join the circus. On what may have been here second ever descent the wind cuaght her and blew her out to sea. The story of Albertina will be featured in the July edition of Welsh Country MAgazine.

This is the grave of Louisa Maud Evans, otherwise known as Albertina, who died in a parachute accident over Cardiff in 1896.
