Apparently, if the Elder Gods do break through, my dog will bravely eat them all, as she demonstrated that she is well competent to do so Sunday, when three accidentally hit the floor on the way to the table.

A horrible Elder God from the Outer Dark that wants back into our universe to take over and eat everything and who is so horrible that seeing any part of Him, even the end of a tentacle or one awful eye will cause the unfortunate witness to go mad and tear their own eyes out or fall over dead! So, naturally, He lends His horrible self to lots of silliness. Our own marvelous member, Rhys Henry Hughes spoofed Lovecraft in his incomparable style in his "At the Molehills of Madness," which riffs on Lovecraft's "At the Mountains of Madness", which I'm dying to own but don't yet:
