We are hoping that members in the Portland area will be able to attend this meeting. Its just a brief get together over coffee to get introduced and to see who wants to get involved in the preparation and running of The Left Coast Eisteddfod. Basically were looking for a few people to assist with ushering on the night, advance publicity, manning tables at the vendors market, daytime event ushering etc..
