Best wishes for a happy day! A friend reminded me to tune in to the Thistle and Shamrock on NPR radio last nite to listen to lovely Welsh music. l would like to say I had a prayerful dunk in the creek, and ate bread, herbs and water.However, the reality is that I took a sauna, and ate turkey, mashed potatoes and gravey!We do have sprouts growing on the sill, so food of our own labor is in the works.

Just back from the Welsh flag raising, reading of a St. David's Day proclamation from the Governor, and singing of National anthems, Cwm Rhondda and Calon Lan in front of the Ohio Statehouse. Not even too cold to breathe this year - yay! Happy St David's Day!
