the spice bag is really a five micron nylon flush bag we use in work that the cajuns swear buy for cooking side orders like mushrooms , and other stuff that might break up , my son was using it to cook a hog leg , most spices are put straight in the pot , one pound of red pepper to start , two dozen whole garlics not toes two dozen lemons , three whole celerys anon
