sell it at farmers markets just to cover the beer cost, the seeds i have are real harty , they can stand a mild frost , , the bushes i have are over twenty years old , birdeye peppers are real weird once they start producing when you cut a pepper off they reproduce two , it gets to be a real pain in the ass , as i give most of them away , and it costs me a lot in mason jars and effort , what i normaly do is load up a quart mason jar with peppers and the fill it up with vinagar two weeks and you have a vilent pepper sause / vinagar one spoonful is enought for a pot of beans or a salad as you take the juice out you add another spoonful of viagar
