Welcome to your heritage. Rosetta Stone is probably the best but expensive. Same for Linguaphone. I haven't experimented with CDs but there are cheaper ones Hand Free Welsh, and Welcome to Welsh , also by the same author Heini Gruffudd.Pob lwc.Daffni

Well, I teach crash courses in Welsh -- a very successful method for anyone really determined to put in the effort. Trouble is I'm in Wales in the middle of the mountains. But you can have a look. There is a lot of free stuff there too. http://www.meirionnydd.f9.co.uk/ Click on the little dragon for Welsh.

I was an adopted child. I found my whole biological family a few years ago. I would love to learn to speak Welsh. Could someone recommend a good Welsh language CD? Thanks so much for your help. BTW, My biological mother's name was Morris, and we are of Welsh lineage. This has been the greatest discovery of my life.................Janet L. Mancini
