The song has been recorded for the first time to raise money for a statue at the ground for the legendary Cardiff Captain Fred Keenor, an extraordinary man. Twice injured in the Battle of the Somme, he was told he'd never play again. Not only did he overcome his injuries, but he captained Cardiff to win the F A Cup in 1927, the first and only time the FA Cup left England.
