St. David’s Day 25th Annual Meeting & Luncheon–Sunday, Feb. 28th; 12:30–3:00 p.m.
We have booked Dressel’s Public House for our Annual meeting and St. David’s Day celebration. This year, our Greater St. Louis chapter celebrates its 25th anniversary. Sign-in, cash bar, finger foods and casual talk begin at 12:30 p.m., annual meeting promptly at 1:00 p.m. followed by lunch and entertainment. Ida Mae Arnold will address the founding of our chapter and Jon Dressel will speak about his family’s migration to St. Louis and his vision in founding of Dressel’s Pub in St. Louis. We will have a hearty Welsh Lunch with dessert and coffee/tea, song and music by the Welsh Heritage Choir, and some time for wonderful fellowship. Authentic Welsh cakes made by our members will be greatly appreciated at our gathering. Cost will be $25 per person and includes both gratuity and facility usage.
