SwanseaJack
It is with regret that we announce the departure of former member SwanseaJack. He has been a regular feature on the site for about 18 months and he will be sorely missed. He left as a result of irreconcilable differences over the future direction this site should take. The decision to leave was entirely his.
In the Spirit of the Season here's my wish.
Whatever the rift might have been--I think, I hope--it can be mended.
It is obvious to me and to all that a warm friendship once existed. Ill spoken words, when between friends, hurt the most. Who cares what outsiders say? It's what loved-ones say that pierce to the depths of the soul.
The world did not end today. Surprisingly, millions of people are disappointed by that! It means that we are stuck with things as they are and that the future is what we will make of it--not what is preordained in the stars.
Anyway, that's what I would like for Christmas!
I was out of town from Wednesday last week until Sunday. I did not know that Swansea had left us. I will miss his Footie Blog and and daily comments. Nonetheless, there are still great people and content at AmeriCymru and I will continue to tune into AC each day.
Sorry to see this - enjoyed his banter here....
I also enjoyed Swansea Jack's comment on here and will miss his expertise.
Diolch for commenting Alan....just thought I'd say that the reasons for SJ leaving were in no way connected with Radio St Clears and that this site will continue to support the station in any way it can
I'm really sorry - I'll miss him.
wow! Diolch brawd ....I'll try and live up to that ringing endorsement
