Y Pum Eglwysi Hanesyddol Llechi (The 5 Historic Slate Churches) The 5 Historic Slate Churches, Church of Christ, 1st Baptist, United Methodist, Presbyterian and Wesley Chapel AME, have been asked to participate, along with the VanWert Chapel,in this year's festival Gwyl Ffilm Hanesyddol (Historic Film Festival) 1) A ser ies of Black & White 'shorts' from Rockmart in the 1950's will be shown during the day in the Rockmart Historical Museum conference room. 2) A series of Welsh Language 'shorts' produced by S4C, the Welsh Language TV Station, including children's programs, will be shown. | Diwrnod o Gerddoriaeth A Day of Music | Gymanfa Ganu (Singing Festival) The Rockmart Community Chorus will return again this year to present a concert, on the steps of the Rockmart Historical Museum, of favorite Welsh Hymns (sung in English)and will end will end their concert leading the audience in singing the Great Welsh Hymn "Cwm Rhondda" (Guide me, O Thou Great Redeemer) in both English and Welsh! | Mae'r Ffurflenni Band Ballybeg ! The Ballybeg Band Returns! North Georgia's Premier Celtic Band returns to Rockmart to perform an afternoon of Welsh and other celtic traditional music on the steps of the Museum.
