Home Page rotating banner - $30 for 6 months

These ads appear on the home page of the social network with a link to your site and are 476 pixels by 80 pixels, in a rotating banner spot.

Right column - $50 for 6 months

These ads appear on the entire 15,000+ pages of the social network and the AmeriCymru blog, with a link to your site, provide 15,000 opportunities for your ad to be seen by viewers and clicked on. These ads are 125 pixels by 125 pixels and there are currently only 5 spots available.

Full page ads - $50 for 6 months

These are full-page ads on the AmeriCymru social network and can be designed however the advertiser wishes, as long as the design and elements are compatible with the ning.com platform. Ads can include slideshows, video, audio, an advertiser's catalog, even an embedded web store. The pages will be listed on a directory splash page on the social network and rotating graphic buttons from the home page of the social network. Advertisers may create their own page design and provide us with the code or request that we design their page for an additional fee. Pages we design will also include SEO services, full on-line promotion and marketing. If you choose to design it yourself, code must be compatible with the NING platform, content must be optimized for quick page load time and please be aware that we will very probably not accept code generated by website template design packages. as they are frequently not compatible with our platform and not optimized. Some promotion, all updates and maintenance ARE a part of the $50.00 package.

Targeted page ads - $25 for a full year

Targeted page ads are banner ads available on specific pages, such as a relevant group page, of the advertiser's choice. An example might a genealogist's ad on the genealogy group page or an ad for Welsh language tutoring on the Welsh language group page.

The Boring Stuff: Advertising Terms and Conditions

1. AmeriCymru (AmeriCymru herein shall mean Ceri Shaw and Gaabriel Becket) may redesign its sites at its sole discretion at any time. If any redesign materially and adversely affects the placement of one or more advertisements, or if AmeriCymru is otherwise unable to display such advertisements, we'll work with the advertiser to display the affected advertisements elsewhere in comparable areas of the AmeriCymru site.

2. Advertising spots are solely for the use of the advertiser and may not be resold or used by any third party.

3. AmeriCymru will be entitled to reject or discontinue advertisements at any time.In thr event of discontinuation refunds will be prorated.

4. Advertiser shall bear full responsibility for all products or services offered, sold, or licensed through the advertisements or the Advertiser's website. Advertiser will collect and pay all taxes related to the sale or licensing of such products or services.

5. License and Warranties. Advertiser hereby grants AmeriCymru the right to market, display, reproduce (including compression and temporary storage), distribute, perform, transmit and promote the advertisements together with any content or materials on any interactive site linked to the advertisements through the americymru.net and/or americymru.blogspot.com websites. Advertiser certifies that it has all necessary rights and permissions to offer, sell and/or license such products and services through the advertisements and the Advertiser's website, and that the advertisements and the Advertiser's website do not and will not violate any applicable laws or regulations or any third-party rights (including, without limitation, intellectual property rights), or contain any libelous or defamatory materials.

6. Limitation of Liability; Disclaimer; Indemnification. Damages under this agreement shall be limited to direct damages. AmeriCymru does not make and specifically disclaims any representations or warranties, express or implied, and under no circumstances will AmeriCymru's aggregate liability hereunder or in connection herewith (including, without limitation, in respect of the indemnity below) exceed the advertising fees actually paid by Advertiser to AmeriCymru hereunder, and (C) each party (indemnifying party) hereby agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the other party and the officers, directors, agents, affiliates, distributors, franchises and employees of the other party from and against all claims, actions, liabilities, losses, expenses, damages and costs (including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys fees) that may at any time be incurred by any of them by reason of any claims, suits or proceedings arising out of any material breach by indemnifying party of any duty, representation or warranty under these Terms and Condition. Related Limitations and Covenants.

7. AmeriCymru shall not have any liability whatsoever by reason of error for which it may be responsible in any advertisement beyond liability to give the advertiser or advertising agency credit for so much of the space occupied by the advertisement as is materially affected by the error; and its obligation to give such credit shall not apply unless it is notified of the inaccuracy within 48 hours following the posting error.

8. AmeriCymru does not guarantee any given level of circulation, distribution, reach or readership for any advertisement.

9. The advertiser and advertising agency jointly and severally assume liability for all content (including text representation, illustrations, updates and links to other internet content) of advertisements published and also assumes responsibility for any claims arising therefrom made against AmeriCymru or its affiliates, including all costs associated with defending any such claim.

9. Advertiser shall not send unsolicited, commercial email or other online communications (e.g.,spam) through or into americymru.net and/or americymru.blogspot.com and Advertiser shall ensure that its collection, use and disclosure of information obtained from AmeriCymru users under this agreement complies with all applicable laws, regulations and privacy policies.

10. This agreement Order sets forth the entire agreement between Advertiser and AmeriCymru with respect to the transactions set forth herein, and supersedes any and all prior agreements of with respect to such transactions.
