I found "Dangerous Exile," (1958) on netflix.com, which is set on Caldey Island and has minor Welsh supporting characters with Welsh-ish period costumes and accents (although they're all either murderous or devious peasants), of course "Zulu" (1964), "Evil Aliens" (2005), "The Replacements" (2000) (thank you, Rhys Ifans!) and I think there were some Welsh Harry Potter characters, at least a dragon. It's pathetically not enough, I know, but I keep looking.
