Poor Piper, how does she cope with THAT heat? My three Yorkies collapse in the coolest spot in the house, which is on the stone floor, when the sun pops it's head out. And, it never ever reaches 93oF!
The rest of the country has been basking in temps of 28-30oC this last few days but here on Gower Peninsula it has been raining intermittently. Today however the clouds have broken to reveal lovely crystal blue skies so I'm off on a trip down to Rhossili to take in the beauty of The Bay.
Rhianne, sorry I missed your comment a-way back in June! That is a photo taken in February, when 2 feet of snow fell upon us overnight. That is Piper walking through the path my husband shoveled--the snow is almost taller than she is. I probably did crouch onto the ground to take the photo. Believe me, I was covered up to HERE in parka, snowpants, and heavy boots. Although as is sometimes the case with snow, it really wasn't so cold outside. I took several short videos of Piper romping through the snow. She looked just like a porpoise diving up and over the snow! It's 93F here today, so refreshing cold and snow are but a distant memory ...
93F OMG! What extremes of weather!

Good Heavens, has that snow just fallen, or is it an old photograph?
I heard today that the French Alps have had 30 cms in four hours overnight, so I'm really envious because I love skiing.
It's a brilliant shot of your dog! Did you lay on the ground to take it, ?
