The London Welsh Rugby Club Choir are giving a concert in aid of the London Welsh Centre, 157-163 Gray's Inn Road, London WC1X 8EU this Saturday 25th July at 7.30pm.The London Welsh Centre desperately needs funds if it is to remain as the focal point for Welsh culture and learning in London. Tickets are 12 each and the choir will perform a repertoire of well known - and not so well known - male voice repertoire.The London Welsh Rugby Club Choir was formed in 2003 with the intention of visiting New Zealand with the 2005 British and Irish Lions and performed to packed audiences in places such as Christchurch Town Hall, Wellington Cathedral and the Te Papa Museum, culminating in an appearance on 'Top of the Pops'.The choir, and their President John Dawes OBE are touring Spain in October, promoting London Welsh Rugby Club.More info on the choir at www.thelondonwelshrugbyclubchoir.org.Martyn JonesChairman
