Dylan's Farewell to New York
Painted in acrylic 24ins x 30ins on canvas it shows Dylan walking through a rainy street in New York, over his right shoulder is the Chelsea Hotel & to his left is the 92ndY Theatre the Brookland Bridge overshadows the painting and I have compleated it with the SS United States bringing home his body to Wales.
Hi RhianneI try to tell a story through my artwork and sometimes the story is a sad one. On a brighter note I spent the afternoon yesterday at Llansteffan and Llaugharn with some of Dylan's surviving relatives and it was a most interesting day.
Awww, the pathos is palpable, brings a tear to my eye ... such a waste of a life. #Demon-drinkR
