@ The Old Church, SW 11th Avenue and SW Clay Street,...
Attendees: @gaabi
Harpist Bronn Journey and soprano Katherine Journey will be appearing at the Old Church in downtown Portland as part of their annual Christmas concert tour.
From a promo email: "This is a friendly "hello" to let you know about our upcoming concerts this weekend in Portland and Hillsboro. First off, I almost hesitate to write the salutation of "Harp Enthusiast." You don't have to be a harp enthusiast to love our concerts. Two nights ago in Issaquah, WA the 450 seat Village Theatre was completely sold out as is the 425 seat Kirkland Performance Center coming up on December 14th. Not everyone at our concerts enjoys the harp but they certainly enjoy our concerts. We will have a special guest who will be playing cello with us. His name is Owen. Last year, we had a nice folk group, Erwillian, with us in Portland who will not be with us this year. Katherine has a glorious voice and I have more talent than just the harp, although my talent at chopping wood in my backyard will not be on display!"
They really are fantastic and well worth seeing and hearing!
We will be in Portland on Monday the 13th at the awesome Old Church in downtown Portland at 7:30PM. For tickets call
