I am an unabashed tree-hugging, dirt-worshipping liberal but I also freely admit to being an Arnold Schwarzengger fan for more than 20 years. When the Arnold was elected there was much gnashing of teeth and whining that he would be the new Ronald Reagan and I said no, you don't know him, he won't.The Arnold hasn't stood with the new Republican line on environment=bad, he's got his own brains and his own spine and as a European can perhaps see farther than the limits of his own backyard and recognize that we're all living in the same goldfish bowl and have to share.
