The photograph same street is taken from James or Lewis street in Penygraig. The Naval colliery is in the mddle of the shot. The camera is facing up the Rhondda fawr towards Llywnypia and Glyncornel. See the attached map from location of shot and direction.this might be the same street from a different angle note the milk man and fruit and veg man plying their wares
