one of the many seamans cafes that lined bute st in tiger bay years ago when cardiff was the worlds leading docks this is the cairo cafe, it was on the dangerous side of bute street , the safe side was a wall of a railway embankment where nobody could jump out of a door way and mug a just payed off sailor
