Here Rhodri Morgan models the new Welsh National Workingman's Costume as formulated by the Workingman's Apparel Subcommittee of the Welsh National Costume Working Party. If adopted this style will become compulsory for all Welsh workingmen between the ages of 16 and 65. He's too sexy for his shirt...too sexy...

A thousand cringing apologies to the rt hon member for Ynys Mon and South Carolina...the sub-committee for cringing apologies for egregious oversights has been notified and are meeting behind closed doors to offer you bribes ( errrr I mean inducements ) not to go public with this.....probably a few freebies coming your way ( match tickets, S.A. vouchers at the Albert etc. )

I am deeply offended...why was I not consulted of the subcommitee, pending approval from the full commitee, given every consult from the board of trustees? PS shouldn't Burberry be featured in our national dress bytt!

it is my considered opinion that the disgusting display in the phil will live in infamy...there was no need for that even if it was happy hour...however i do have some interesting pics which various rt hon members will have to pay me a lot of money for...on the substantive issue I think it is essential that dai caps are eco friendly and that they have photo-voltaic cells built in to the basic design so that they generate greenpeace friendly electricity whenever they are doffed in the right direction...I have of course referred this to the bugerring about with the severn estuary committee in case they need to revise their electricity generation estimates in the light of this new information

i think we should form a sub committe to the sub committe for historicly correct workmens clothing taking into fact the sub committe for womens rights in the work place have already lodged a complaint about the term workmans clothes and given the fact that dai caps have now been deemed ecofriendly providing that the wool for the said caps was gather,d by hand and not sheared , we still have a major stumbling block with green peace over the fact that the white silk scarafs are organic , and for christ or mohammeds do not use the term burbury when talking about macs

Once this sub-committee of the Cardiff Bay Super Committee for various and sundry stuff has finished its deliberations we will engage Gaabriel to photoshop a pic of the archetypal welsh working man...we should aim to complete our crap circa 2009 AD as per the AD/BC guidelines committee recommendations ( no pressure...just for fun) of last year

taking the chairman of the sub committe for industrial clothing to task ( aboveground division) i submit that the haversack aka gas mask bag, for the use of should be nomonated as the first icon of the working welsh , given the fact that the sub committe for indrustrial clothing over view held their last meeting at the phil and certain members of the said committe fell fowl to the deziens of the aformention public house , its with great joy that i support their vote on the white one quart billy can enamled with cup for the use of as a icon of the working welsh , althought i reserve my comments on certain members of said committe on their actions during and after their voting , i thought married men never acted like that

Welsh working class clothing should consist of jeans, t-shirt, a flat cap and daps...not trainers but daps... Its time the Grangetown dap dance was revived..any pics or music relating to this long lost tradition would be gratefully recieved. Facial hair and a clay pipe are desirable but not essential.

hot news item from the folks down the docks , a sub committe has been appointed or annotated( i think it means handed down from the gods) to find the traditional welsh working mans clothes , its part of a plan to introduce the welsh population to a indrustrial way of working , a recent survey by the department of industrial polution has found the valleys are a prime area for redevelopment
