The go-ahead firm of QualitySolicitors Redkite is yet again breaking the mould of traditional legal services.
The firm is going to open its Haverfordwest office from 9.30 am to 1 pm on Saturdays from this weekend (October 6).
We are in the vanguard of changing the face of legal services here at QualitySolicitors Redkite, said Managing Partner Luke Smith.
We like to think we are in tune with what our customers want from us in terms of providing a service.
We reckon that Saturday opening will work well for both new client instructions and for servicing existing clients.
QualitySolicitors is a brand which is changing the face of legal services in the UK: you can see that from the mould-breaking TV advertisements and other publicity the brand has attracted in recent months.
The goal in opening on a Saturday morning is to provide a more convenient time to meet our customers and to help provide an ever better service for customers old and new.
Mr Smith said the QualitySolicitors Redkite firm was also planning to open the Carmarthen office on Saturday mornings.
The address for the Haverfordwest office is Cleddau Chambers, 18 - 20 Old Bridge, Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire, SA61 2ET Tel:01437 763 332 email: haverfordwest@qs-redkite.com

Redkite team was this year delighted to be chosen as the only law firm in Camarthenshire and Pembrokeshire to join QualitySolicitors. Redkite was established in 2011 through the merger of two long-established law firms in South West Wales Lowless & Lowless and Morris Roberts.
The team at QualitySolicitors Redkite can be contacted on 01267 239000 and 01437 763332 or through the website at www.qualitysolicitors.com/redkite
The firm has 15 partners and a total headcount of 120, with seven offices spread across Pembrokeshire and Carmarthenshire.

Llanelli-based architects the Lewis Partnership Ltd are playing a key role in the refurbishment of one of Llanellis landmark buildings.
Ty Elwyn the local government building named after one of Llanellis favourite sons, Lord Elwyn Jones is getting an internal makeover.
As a leading firm of South Wales architects based just around the corner from Ty Elwyn, we are delighted to be working with Carmarthenshire Council on this project, said Lewis Partnership Ltd managing director Phil Lewis, pictured above.
Some careful planning and logistical expertise has been needed to make sure that the refurbishment can go ahead with minimal disruption to the important work that goes on in Ty Elwyn, which is obviously one of Carmarthenshire Councils key administration sites.
The refurbishment works will take in all five floors of the building and the project is valued at more than 1 million.
The building dates back to the early 1980s and the refurbishment will give it a new lease of life.
Ty Elwyn was originally constructed as the headquarters of the old Llanelli Borough Council.
The original building works took 22 months and the building was officially opened on 19 March 1982.
The new office block was named after Frederick Elwyn Jones, who had been born at 132 Old Castle Road, the son of Frederick Jones, a tinplate worker at the Old Castle Works and Elizabeth Jones, whose parents were formerly of Penygaer and Cyncoed Bach.
Lord Elwyn Jones was Attorney General in the UK Government and one of the chief prosecutors in the Nuremburg war crimes trials in Germany at the end of World War Two.

Phil Evans, pictured above the poster, is the 'Hugmeister of Wales' and the man who has put the 'Cwtsh' back into comedy.
Evans is a favourite warm-up comedian for TV shows on BBC, S4C and ITV.
Squeeze him for information on his favourite topic the Welsh cwtsh (hug) and he will explain why a cwtsh should always be spelt as cwtsh and not cwtch.

Cheeky, but never crude or offensive, Evans produces a very Welsh brand of humour.

QualitySolicitors Redkite partner Tim Haggar has a new qualification which is regarded as a major STEP forward in his industry.
Mr Haggar is one of only a handful of solicitors in Wales to gain the STEP Qualified Practitioner diploma from the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.
The societys qualification is widely regarded as major benchmark for those working in wealth management, tax, trusts and estates planning.
I am delighted to receive the qualification, Mr Haggar said.
Theres a lot of hard work gone into it and it represents something of a personal milestone for me - and a feather in the cap for the firm of QualitySolicitors Redkite!
There arent many people in Wales who hold the qualification, so I think it puts QualitySolicitors Redkite right up there in the vanguard as a leading light in the field of trusts and estates and specialist tax issues.
Mr Haggar had to complete three dissertations to gain the qualification.
His topics were
  • Lifetime Tax planning
  • Contesting wills
  • Inheritance tax
Mr Haggar added: The qualification is recognised internationally, so it really is THE badge to have in the field of trusts, estates and tax advice.
It demonstrates that you have reached a particular standing in the field and that you will be able to offer specialist advice for clients in their estate tax planning.
Mr Haggar was recently appointed to the Lottery Winners Panel by Camelot for the Mid and West Wales areas. In short, that means that if someone gets a bumper win in this area, I am one of the people on call to give them legal advice, said Mr Haggar.
Mr Haggar is based at the QualitySolicitors Redkite Haverfordwest office, but his territory takes in Carmarthenshire.

About Tim Haggar
Mr Haggar joined the firm in 2006, having previously been the principal of Rogers-Haggar Solicitors. His specialist area of law is trusts, tax planning and Court of Protection. He regularly advises high net worth clients on inheritance tax issues throughout South Wales and the West of England. He is a Court of Protection panel deputy member and regularly handles complex issues relating to personal injury trusts and statutory wills. His interests include cricket, football, music and investments. He has represented both the MCC and Wales at cricket. He is a director of Haverfordwest County Football Club.
