The twelfth issue of the magazine features work from Wales, England, Holland, Romania, Italy, Catalonia, Israel, South Africa, Canada, and America. It also includes a POET PROFILE of American poet Allan Peterson and an interview with leading Catalan poet August Bover. An article by America's John Edwin Cowen, which is entitled The Anchored Angel and the Dylan Thomas/Jos Garcia Villa Connection , is accompanied by a rare self-portrait by Dylan Thomas, unpublished until its appearance in THE SEVENTH QUARRY.
