Yeah...we dont have a smartphone yet either. We do have a mobile but its an auld banger. If we want to make a call when we are on the road we have to locate the nearest mobile phone tower on the map, drive to it and park directly underneath and attach the phone to the car battery with jump leads. This all works tolerably well but I understand that there are more sophisticated models on the market.

That's a good idea! But I wonder if Zazzle will be adding Droid cases. I'll have to ask them. Myself, I don't have any cell phone. I prefer to live slow, and let the land line take messages. If I break down it's an excuse to sit by the roadside and read for a while
