Bore da Kelvin! I've been asked by Jeanne Jindra, who is the director of the Madog Center for Welsh Studies at Rio Grande University, to find out what further information I can get regarding who is in charge of the planning/organization of the event. Apparently, her predecessor, Dr. Tim Jilg had a hand in it at some point, but he moved back to Wales and didn't leave any information for her. Any ideas who I can contact?

Making sure that anyone with a Welsh gene is there ... so you need to be booking hotels ... making sure we have the opportunity for a get together. I am having regular meetings with the main organising curator - and there is talk of a North American Welsh day.
