Twelve or thirteen hour drive for me mate. And I dont reckon the buggers are worth it. As far as I'm concerned everyone should quit Mugshot and join Americymru instead......lol.

I would do but I received a lifetime ban from Mugshot for inviting people to join Americymru. IMHO a more effective method of protest would be to leave Facebook altogether. Just my two cents worth.

We most certainly plan to. In fact we have a room downstairs where we will be hosting 7 or 8 special events and in other venues around the town. Would you be interested in doing a presentation,,,for instance, perhaps, on the Madoc issue?

The Welsh Snow/Sand Castle Contest

With half the country under snow, we thought it would be fun to throw down the gauntlet in a photo contest challenge to who can create the best snow or sand castle (depending on your latitude) .

The rules are pretty simple, make a castle/fort looking thing out of snow or sand, stick a Welsh flag on the top of it, take a picture and post it on this forum .

If anyone fancies taking up the position of adjudicating the contest in exchange for offering a prize to the winner it would be much appreciated .

Here are a couple of suggestions on which to model your castle. For the ambitious...Caernarfon Castle: -
