20th Annual Welsh Festival in Fredericksburg, VA on 26 Sept (Saturday) from noon to 5PM. Welsh music and dancing on the main stage and poetry, storytelling, audience participation singing and Welsh language lessons and a session with Colonel Monroe in the garden.
