Alun is a multi-instrumentalist (Guitar, banjo, mandolin, bazouki, flute, trumpet, accordion & piano) and multi-lingual vocalist (Welsh, English & French). He's also the local piano tuner. 

Although born here in Wales, he only took a serious interest in the language after retiring. We weren't all that surprised when he was named as S4C's Welsh Learner Of The Year. (S4C is our Welsh language TV station.)

The subtitles are for the benefit of Welsh learners, it being easier to understand if one can read the words as well as hear them.
