Croeso Alison!! I'm delighted to see you have Aled Jones listed amongst your favourite interests! You have superb taste - Aled has a divine voice and a wonderful personality too!! I live in Australia and have the rewarding hobby of being very much involved in Aled's Official Website Forum worldwide as the Admin and Moderator, plus I'm also the co-founder of the (unofficial) Aled Jones Fanclub.
Aled has a keen and growing following here in Australia - we've been lucky enough to have had him performing in three Australian concert tours so far - in Dec 2003, Aug 2006 and Oct 2008, with him in the planning stages of his 4th tour in 2010.

When thinking up names for medieval/renn times, it is probably best to think of English or even French names, as Welsh names would be seen and treated by the English very much like Scots names -- poorly. But a rose by any other name, eh?

Hi Alison .... Portland Oregon here. Originally from Cardiff. Croeso i Americymru. Gaabriel and I created this site just over a year ago as a Social and friendship site for the Welsh, Welsh ex-pats, persons of Welsh descent and Cymruphiles around the world. It has grown considerably since its foundation and we would like to extend a warm welcome to you....our latest member. Feel free to invite any friends that you think would be interested in joining. The network has many features which allow people with a shared love of Wales to communicate and share photos, videos, links, blogposts etc and we will be adding new features from time to time. Make yourself right at home. Once again...

Croeso!
