PS Please feel free to swap out your flower-head icon (upper left picture on your page) with some photo of you or of any Welsh ancestors or your environs... something meaningful to you which expresses to others something of who you are. It is fun and will only take a minute. Diolch!
It is that time of year again, so Penblwydd Hapus i chi! Happy Birthday to you! May your day be full of good friends and family, and good cheer. Pob hwyl Brian
Gidday Tim
I have just returned from a couple of weeks meandering around the narrow roads in Wales predominantly around the Snowdonia area where I originate .I was again impressed with both the beauty of the country and the way that the locals now cater for the needs of the tourist .As you would be aware the country is steeped in history starting with the iron ages, early christian activities, the Romans, the Normans and of course the Welsh culture and language.I could have easily spent more time there exploring new parts of the country and the history of the mines and the quarries but unfortunately all good things most come to an end.If you are a first time visitor you will find tons of information on the web and plenty to read although one of my favourite books still remains wild wales by george borrow written back in 1854.Good luck you'll find a great Croeso in the valley and the hillsides.

Hi Tim,
This is a long shot.
Does Kilkaroo Farm, Wellsboro mean anything to you?
Cyfarchion,
Meirion
Shwmai! Hail and well met! Croeso y AmeriCymru, soon to be your favorite website! Hopefully :-) Check out the various interest groups, and the videos and music... wonderful stuff. And there are a lot of nice people here too. Hope you like what you find! Blessings to you this day.

Hi Tim.... Portland Oregon here. Originally from Cardiff. Croeso i Americymru. Gaabriel and I created this site less than a year ago as a Social and friendship site for the Welsh, Welsh ex-pats, persons of Welsh descent and Cymruphiles around the world. It has grown considerably since its foundation and we would like to extend a warm welcome to you....our latest member. Feel free to invite any friends that you think would be interested in joining. The network has many features which allow people with a shared love of Wales to communicate and share photos, videos, links, blogposts etc and we will be adding new features from time to time. Make yourself right at home. Once again...
