Ceri's out of town until Sunday, working south of us in the fine town of Eugene, Oregon, hasn't been able to get wifi to do the blog and has become saturated with sufficient guilt to ask me to fill in. Poor, trusting foo -- oops, soul.

Today I was editing the Quincy Jones page on Wikipedia and adding him to the list of Welsh Americans and I discovered another incredible African American musician who is of Welsh ancestry, fellow Portlander Esperanza Spalding.
Esperanza Spalding is a young, very beautiful woman with an…

Nice to make contact Gaabi. If you are into Welsh legends you will love the Druid sculptures. Good luck

Gillian Morgan said… Hi Gaabi, Thanks for adding me as a friend. Hope you're keeping well, with all the Eisteddfod activity on top of your normal life.
It's a cold night here and we had strong winds yesterday.
I'm coming up to the last spoonfuls of the tomato jam and I'm making caramelised onion sauce with it tomorrow. (I should be ditching sweet things, but there! I always say when coming to the end of a jar of jam that I won't be eating any again, but bread and jam is not as bad as cake, I suppose.
I've not done much on the cookery book for a few days because of the art course so I'll make up time at the weekend. Sometimes, when I've got extra things to do my over-all performance improves.
Thanks again, Gillian
Gillian Morgan said… just read your comments about drivers! They're the same everywhere, Ithink, Sorrento being the worst. We were nervous crossing the road on foot there. My sons- in- law were thankful they did not have to drive.
One thing about Haverfordwest we are in walking distance of most places. The holiday traffic is muderous in summer, though, because Pembrokeshire is now a 'hot spot'.
lovely family picture of you and your little ones.

Ed Sleaze said… Yeah, yeah, yeah! I get that mush from you broads all the time. You ain't havin' me, babe - I'm having you! Jeez! Hold on - another freekin' lawyer or special delivery-guy at my door now wantin' busting my balls, I'll bet.
Get right back to ya, sweetie. I'm kinda busy here. This GlobalTrash, Inc. business brings all kinds of weird requests. You got any? Wink/wink ?
