A Welsh Evening at University of the Pacific

March 7, 2010 from 4:30pm to 9pm
Reserve March 7, on your calendar for a very special Welsh event!“On St David's Day, March 1, 1979 the people of Wales voted four to one against the establishment of a National Assembly. On September 18, 1997 the people of Wales voted narrowly in favour of the establishment of a National Assembly which gave Wales its first "Parliament" for six hundred years. The forthcoming year will probably see a referendum which, if won, will give the Assembly primary law making powers and could well see…See More

Hi WASCC

We in the Fron Male Voice Choir are delighted that our album Voices of the Valley Home has been nominated for the NS&I album of the year at this May's Classical Brit Awards at the Royal Albert Hall. It's the only award decided upon by a general public vote, so can you please show your support by voting here is the link. www.classicalbrits.co.uk/nominations it cost nothing to vote and only one vote per computer. You have until May the 1st to vote.

Would you be interested in engaging a welsh tenor for one of your functions?

Fantastic. Might get a case in for presents for folks for Christmas. The owners of the Cambria Winery are from Wales (well at least there parents were) too.

Have you heard of Jen Delyth? A Welsh artist from Swansea living in San Francisco? (www.kelticdesigns.com) I happened by her website the other day.

Hwyl
