- Absolutely....I used to have a lot of fun wondering whether the guy who responded to my post on the Analytics ( or whatever ) forum was a staffer monitoring the group or just another, if better informed, civilian. I'm pretty sure they monitor these groups though because occasionally I have bellyached about stuff in the Blogger forum ( another Google property ) and its been miraculously and promptly fixed.

- With Google you usually have to comment on Forums....but I'll bet they monitor the SideWiki entries for critical comments. Not the easiest outfit in the world to get hold of.
