The one, he is a Dragon,
The other is a Deer;
And though they are so different
I hold them both so near.
One is dazzling Sunlight;
One is Moonlight's glow.
Sharing the same bedroom
Are blazing Heat and Snow.
These two Cymric* Brothers
As extreme as Gerald said
Cause me tears of gladness
When I lay them down to bed.
The one, he is a Draig.
The other is a Carw;
And though they are so different
I love them both, I do.
