And while beer is a wonderful thing, I was more asking about what you're using it to wash down?
I'd use 'more of same' - others may use Penderyn whisky! Absolutely no idea what those old biddies in Central Whidbbey may use.
I'm sure you could find potatoes and leeks in any part of Florida - use them to make one of Wales' favorite soups. Lamb (for cawl) may be more difficult to find - though I'm sure goat may be a substitute - and something possibly in the Cuban connectiion anyway.
