Event Description
On this tour Allan Yn Y Fan will be playing a selection of songs and tunes which make up their brand new album “Pwnco”. This concert will feature the band’s interpretations of some further gems from the Welsh storehouse of traditional music and song along with a number of the band’s own compositions. The title of this tour and the album comes from a new tune interpolated into one of the key songs on the album “Canu Cwnsela” which relates to the battle of wits played out within the Mari Lwyd tradition designed to reward the players with food and drink.
