By popular demand the birthplace of Dylan Thomas at 5 Cwmdonkin Drive, Uplands, Swansea, Wales, UK is open for house tours each Tuesday to Sunday from 10.00am to 5.00pm.
This is the place where Dylan lived for 23 years and where you can get to understand the inspiration for over two thirds of his published work which was written in the house.
The three year restoiration has taken the house back to its condition when bought as a new house by the Thomas family in 1914 a few months before Dylan was born in the front bedroom.
It's also a great place to visit if you are interested in Edwardian architecture and furnishings.
